Water Opcert School was started by Richard Vierra and Kay Tivol in October 2007. Both are professional educators who have taught water treatment, distribution, collecton system, and wastewater plant operators in California, Oregon, and Hawaii. With more than fourteen years experience teaching Grade One through Grade Five level material, Richard knows how to establish a dynamic learning environment that benefits all participants. The water industry is changing like never before, but one thing that will not change is our commitment to being your source for quality operator education.
